Sebastopol Dominoes Game Rules

• Sebestopol is a 4 player dominoes game played with double-six domino set. Each player gets 7 tiles at the beginning of each round.
• The player who gets [6-6] starts the round. Rest of the players take turn clockwise.
• The first domino [6-6] is a spinner and players need to play a tile on all four sides of it before any further move can be made.
• If a player can not make a move, he/she simply passes the turn to next player.
• Once a tile has been placed on all four ends of [6-6], other tiles can be played on any of the four open ends.
• First player playing all his/her tiles wins the round. If the game is blocked then player with the lowest pips count in his/her hand wins.
• If two playes end up with the same score at the end of a round, no player gets any point.
• The game is played for multiple rounds and the first player to score 100 wins.
